allergic to water?

Is this a possibility?

Can one be allergic to water?

As soon as water hits my skin, every bit of moisture leaves my skin, my skin burns and itches terribly, and brekouts ensue. I doesn't matter what type of water that i use. I have bathed with filtered, distilled, spring water, well water, etc...

Water absolutely destroys my skin. Every time I bathe ( i try to limit it as much as possible) my skin becomes so much more irritated.

When water hits my skin it becomes immediately chapped (winter or summer), scaly, flaky, red and striated in color, super sensitive to the touch, burning, and itching.

I think that I may have a topical allergy to water.
