Re: Tmau signs.

Hi 87543,

Sorry I don't have much time right now to write to you right now because I have to run, but here are a couple of websites that might answer some of your questions. The best think to do is to get tested for TMAU if you strongly think you have it. If you live in the U.S., the testing process will cost you $300 to $400.

Some people in this forum have started on the treatment regimen for TMAU recommended by the U.S. National Institue of Health,
http://www.genetests.org/query?dz=trimethylaminuria

and a low choline diet published by the US Department of Agriculture, the USDA Database for the Choline Content of Common Foods
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/Choline/Choline.pdf

Two people, of which one was diagnosed with TMAU and the other is still saving money to do so, have had very positive results after a little over a month of working on it. Others are still in the process of working on this regimen.

Another good source of info on "leaky gut" with recommended supplements is the following book pages 11 thru 17:
http://books.google.com/books?id=31vPCY3WKTsC&pg=PA16&lpg=PA16&dq=%22slgA+is%...

We'll talk later.
