The best think to do is to get tested for TMAU if you strongly think you have it. If you live in the U.S., the testing process will cost you $300 to $400.

Two people, of which one was diagnosed with TMAU and the other is still saving money to do so, have had very positive results after a little over a month of working on it. Others are still in the process of working on this regimen.
