Yeah, I'm familiar with all the various "laws". I've got an essay on my web site called "Understanding Jurisdiction" that goes into some of that. How they get jurisdiction over you without you knowing it. All very legal and such. Get you to sign the "Under penalties of Perjury" declaration on your 1040. Means you work for the government and they can tax you.

Maritime law, Admiralty Law, UCC law, Doesn't really matter, it all goes back to the Queen and from there to the pope, the very people that did the dark ages on us and want to take us back there. They are the CEO's of the NWO.

My story: I fought the IRS for years. I started in 76. By 1981 I'm debt free, got the title to my office in hand. THEN, the IRS started picking on me. In ten years I owed them a half a million dollars and they had taken everything I had. Had to sell my office to a buddy of mine just to stay in business, My home, my cottages, everything, and I stilled owed them half a million.

It started when I got a bill from them for $24,000. I asked my accountant about it and he didn't know anything. So I had several meetings with the IRS. I clearly showed them that I didn't owe them any money. They said I had to pay it anyway. So I took a mortgage out on the office and paid them. That was my mistake. I should have kept on fighting them over that 24 grand.

Two years later I get a bill for about 36 grand. Same thing. I had meetings with them, showed them I had paid all taxes due and clearly didn't owe them the money. Didn't matter, I had to pay. About five years later I get another bill for 91 grand. Same scenario, I didn't owe them the money they said I did, they had audited me twice and I passed both times. They knew damn well I didn't owe them any money. Didn't matter. I had to pay.

By 1991 I had the 91 grand paid. I came back from lunch one day and there's two female IRS agents waiting for me. Had a full waiting room and everything. They handed me a bill for 97 grand. I said "Oh no, I already paid this". I went and got all the cancelled checks I had sent the IRS the past few years proving they had received the money. I laid the cancelled checks out in front of the Agent and she looked them over and then looked me square in the eye and said "I'm sorry mister Sutter this is just a gift, you owe us 97 grand". Those were her exact words. My jaw hit the floor. My first thought was "And I fought for this country".

Anyway, I made coppies of all those checks and sent them to the State Attorney General, the IRS district director in Cinnci, and the Federal Attorney General, all to no avail. Never heard from any of them.

By then I was so sick with this liver cancer and there was nothing left to give them anyway so I stopped paying taxes for 8 years. Yup, I was an official tax protester. I sent for my master file, got the breakdown of all the secret codes they use to lagally manuvere.

By 99 I'm starting to get my health back so in 2000 I got back in the system. Of course I've tried to do that "offer in compomise" for those 8 years I didn't pay but they weren't interested, they wouldn't let me. I hired two different companies to get that resolved, and a lawyer. Made application at least 6 times. From what I understand now all my records have mysteriously disapeared. Said they were destroyed in a fire in St Louis.

All that harassment because right from the get-go in 76 I was active politically getting insurance equality for us chiropractors here in Michigan. They were harassing ALL of us. Walked into a buddy of mines office on a Friday afternoon. Told him they want 120 grand by Monday or they were going to be at his home Tuesday to auction it off. He borrowed the money from his Dad. Another buddy on the coast - 185 Grand, another one in Traverse City 315 grand. On and on. They managed to chase several of the guys out of the State and a couple of guys died.

Chiropractic hurts drug sales. The insurance companies are owned by the drug companies and of course us chiropractors are a real detriment to their mass drugging of society scheme.

How do they get away with all that? Jurisdiction law, Admiralty law, Maritime law. It's all nice and legal and there's not a thing our country and Constitution can do about it. It's allready too late. We are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the Queen and the Pope. And the average guy on the street doesn't know a thing about it and doesn't WANT to know a thing about it. What I can "deliberate ignorance".

Conspiracy??? Oh yeah you'll think it's those whacko conspiracy theory guys until you yourself try to take a little piece of truth to the public. I've told people that. You know, they don't "believe" any of this conspiracy stuff. I tell them "tell you what, I'll teach you how to cure cancer and then you try to go public with that infiormation - see what happens to you". You'll be a "believer" then.
