I think I did have a white tongue when it was worse. Not anymore. I'm tellin' ya kombucha + candex enzymes to dissolve the yeast was a huge boon to my cause. And I muscle tested that I needed standard process parotid supplement & a parathyroid from Progressive Labs called Para-Thyrolate to increase natural production of Hcl. These two products are used by an ND in Iowa who is said to have a 98% success rate with eliminating fungal candida in a month or so (he also uses kineseology). I know I didn't have enough Hcl b/c I could take capsule after cap. of it & never get the burning sensation which indicates max Hcl loading (after the burning sensation you're supposed to cut back by one cap.)

With the exception of my three week foray into the Life Force Plan I didn't do much with diet. Don't get me wrong in the beginning I could not tolerate sweets and felt sick afterward. But today, I get more bloated drinking a bunch of Alkalized Water at once than I do eating a piece of apple pie. "We do recommend avoiding all fermented foods. Linda highly
advocated the intake of Kombucha tea and has written an article on the subject.

Kombucha is not your regular fungus. It is a different kind of
Yeast-Fungi. There are pathogen (harmful) yeasts and apathogen
(harmless) yeasts. Kombucha is of the harmless kind of yeasts.

It seems that the Schizosacharomycodes that is found inside the
Kombucha culture is yeast that is not in the family of candida.

acid, other holistic doctors claim otherwise and swear by the
effectiveness of Candigest* alternated with olive leaf extract and
oregano oil. Combine that with oxygen therapy** and you got yourself a
strong and sophisticated anti Candida combination that has been proven
by dozens upon dozens of our customers to be much more effective than
just taking SF-722."

Kombucha is one of the few things regarded by Chinese medicine to increase the "middle chi" thereby improving digestion. It increases bile flow, which is one of THE most important factors. Very alkalizing. I really attribute my turn-around to this, the candex & the above mentioned supplements.
