Barefoots DeWormer: Three months. 2,2,2.

Dosage: One Teaspoon

First two weeks: 4 times per day. 10 minutes before breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then at bedtime.

Second two weeks: Twice a day, 10 minutes before lunch and at bedtime.

Last two months: Once a day at bedtime.

Maintenance: Minimum 9 months, preferably a year. Every third day, twice that day. 10 minutes before lunch and at bedtime. Or you can go last thing at night and first thing in the morning. Either way, take it twice in one 24 hour period every third day.

Do not stop taking it when flushing, or anything else.
