dosage of dewormer

Can someone tell me the dosages one should take of Barefoot's dewormer? I believe Dr. Sutter said to take it for 3 months morning and evening--and liver flushes every 2 weeks? Should one take the formula with or without food? And how much---tablespoon, teaspoon? Does anyone have the protocol and if so can you re-post it? Can one take pro-biotics while on the de-wormer? If so, when? With or without food? Any help would be appreciated. Tweet
