It would be helpful to let others know what it is your actually talking about especially when your only using the initials of something that is labeled by a medical doctor.
Anything ending in syndrome is something from the medical profession which makes it considered a disease.
Acid Reflux Syndrome - now the official name for heart burn.
If its labeled a disease you can prescribe a drug for it.
Because according to the medical profession only a drug can cure a disease.
Since obviously everyone is familiar with what CFS is then everyone would be familiar with UGTD.
Thats "Unwilling to Go to Therapy Disorder" - an actual disorder listed in a psychiatric manual.
And yes, a disorder is another label to which a drug can be prescribed.

If your friend is always fatigued it really sounds like the liver is in need of some cleaning out.
