Clark versus Beck

I'm totally confused.
I was all set to get into Clark zapper, got the book, etc, then read that Dr Beck zapper and protocols was better.
There doesnt seem to be a specific document for Dr Beck as there is for Dr Clark (via her book).
Dr Clark suggests doing parasite cleanse before liver cleanse then bowel cleanse.
Dr Beck doesnt seem to make mention of liver and bowel cleanse, and when it should be done.
I like Dr Beck ideas but dont have an all encompassing reference to follow.
Also cost-wise Dr Beck involves purchasing a few different items whereas Dr Beck zapper would get me going.
