Its good to read that you are feelin 'up' at this time. It certainly sounds like you moved a lot of 'stuff' out during the last flush...I always feel a little 'down' following a liver flush. But I usually lift in a day or two. Plzchuckle would have more insight pertaining to the amount of Liver-Flush and ES that one can handle.
