Do you realize that the vast majority of foreclosures today are not sub-prime? I bet you didn't know that. The TV told you that. You watch the TV. If you want to know the truth about mortgages, I'll tell you...don't know if you'd listen...but I'd educate you. And before I end this post...people going belly-up on their mortgages and lending practices are really tightening up to a point where most can't get re-financed today...that doesn't help guys like me, Zoe.
