Day 13 and still going..

I feel great, I have more energy now than when I am eating. I am down 10 /(115 from 125/5'2"), I am glowing, my mind is very clear and focused.
I am going to 15 days and seeing how I feel. I may just go to 20 or 21. I have noticed signs that my body indeed is working on old injuries.

This is the 3rd time for me doing the cleanse. I eat a really healthy, but I wanted to get over to addiction to Splenda and a sleeping aid at night. I know now.... I no longer need these two things.
I crave fruit and veggies , but know they will be there for me when I am done taking care of my body.
