I have noticed from inverting this week alone
that my digestion, when I invert, is working better. I did stop inverting when my lower back was aching. I have started back up this week and I feel much better.
I went to have a facial and body wrap done on Friday (yesterday) and my friend who did it, while she was in school for massage, I was one of her 'clinicals'. I had knots in my back, most likely from my job. At any rate, as she was exfoliating my back and then putting the 'mud' on, she was kneading my back, she said she noticed that the knots were not as noticeable. Wooohooo...
I was waiting until next Sunday to see what my massuesse said about my back. So, this is great. I will continue and see if my other friend (massuesse) will notice difference then.
As I mentioned, I 'move' my organs and have started to give myself a 'face lift' while inverted too. I figured it could not hurt!
