Thank you for your answer. I would really like to learn more about the bio-organic chemistry of minerals bonding with carbohydrate and how the body metabolize it. (I do know that minerals bonding with carbohydrate are almost 100% absorbed, because the body thinks it is sugar, but don't know much more than that...)
I have been taking blackstrap molasses, and kelp, and apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice...not everyday, but as consistently as I can. I am just wondering if adding fulvic acid and/or shilajit to the regiment would be benefitial, because I read that people in SAD diet is low on fulvic acid anyway, and fulvic acid is supposed to be very effective in balancing the minerals in the body (taking in the good ones and getting rid of the bad ones).
Anyway, thanks for your advice. Learn a ton from you everyday. ^_^
