Re: Dear Moreless, what is your opinion on fulvic acid and shilajit?

Well...the way I understand it, REAL shilajit is from the rocks of lower Himalayas, and it is supposed to be the humus matter from ancient vegetations some 200 million years ago. It is high in fulvic acid, but the mineral composition is probably different from that of the fulvic acid that is chelated from modern day plants. Modern day fulvic acid is chelated from plant compose, grown on mineral depleted and unbalanced soil of today, whereas shilajit came from ancient plants grew on nimeral rich and balanced soil. The mineral content could make a lot of difference...or not.

Guess I just have to try it out. (Tried fulvic acid already, haven't tried shilajit yet.)
