Re: cortisone shots

No, I am new at this, only two months into having this condition, so I haven't found any natural remedies...or any real remedies for that matter. My lips do look better but I am not sure if it's the cortisone shot or the constant moisture that I am applying. They are still peeling and hardening, but they look better. They feel very raw and exposed on the inside rim. I don't know. Honestly, when I posted the message about the cortisone shot on Saturday, I truly believed they were getting better (they were a little better) and thought they might actually be normal for a few days, at least, but NOPE. They keep doing weird things. Not normal at all.
So I would say that the cortisone shot definitely helped the appearance but I don't believe it heals, even for a short time. My mother had to get THREE cortisone shots to remedy the peeling skin on her thumbs and now it's back since the shots have worn off. This is tough.

Anyone else out there diagnosed at any time with chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia? Anyone take numerous Antibiotics throughout your life?
Migraines anyone?
Please answer last 3 questions. My answer is yes to all 3 questions.
