I've used this Technique SUCCESSFULLY on myself, when I had a minor Heart Attack in the past and have HELPED several men STOP their Heart Attacks!! I've even taught a couple of Paramedics this Heart Attack Technique and eventhough it's NOT standard training for a Paramedic, each of them told me, that they would use it, because it WORKS and could possibly SAVE someone's life!!
