This is fabulous information and I will have
to study it to help it sink in. I am in an
age group though where I like feeling prepared
to help someone I know if they should ever
fall out with these kind of symptoms. I am
sure happy for your friends and hey, you, that
you were equipped with the knowledge that you
used to help yourself and your friends. I
can sure see the value of it and appreciate
having something to do. I had one friend die
from a heart attack while jogging, and another
had a heart attack driving home from work. That
friend's husband could only think to call 911
and give her some aspirin but it was not enough
and she died before the ambulance arrived.
I carry cayenne tincture in my car and have
it in my medicine chest for easy access to
also dose someone having a heart attack but
this info will also make me feel more prepared
for the unexpected and the chance to give some
one I know another chance at survival.
Here is another post which has been passed
around time and again which I have taught to
others as a way to help someone having a
stroke~~
