Been flushing and cleansing about 3 years. Was A1C tested about a year ago at 6.4. Six months ago at 6.0. Another test coming up this week. Primarily just cut out processed Sugar and flour products - and limit many other high carb food.
I suppose it's possible as cleansing starts to make everything else work more efficiently that stored fats and sugars could be released in the process. But it's probably just a function of your diet.
