Re: Nonsensical dietary advice at the ML forum
You have been, and continue to be stuck in your incorrect and misguided "learned" knowledge, and that, is why you fail padawan.
BTW - ML has posted with references, sometimes several... many times over. Sometimes, if one wants to know a bit more, they would research the references; or better yet, the authors of the reference. Most often, those authors and references deal with agricultural
Science and/or animal husbandry... you should look into them sometime.
You can continue to believe in your false knowledge... that is cool with me.
Some food for thought for you... What breaks down and builds up sugars, proteins, and fats? Would it happen without minerals? There are pleanty of references on university
Science sites about binding... Have you read about phosphates binding to sugars... hey, what about the depletion of chromium and zinc when high levels of simple sugars are ingested? If we have a good balanced complement of minerals, and had very high quality food to eat, do you think we would need much food at all? What about vitamins? Why do we look to other sources for EFA's, glyco and phyto nutrients, vitamins, etc? Is it because we do not have what it takes to break down and build these for ourselves due to a poor diet?
If you have not been keeping up with science, you should really start studying... what has been "known" to be true is being proven incorrect so fast these days that text books printed in the last year or two are, in many cases, wrong. My youngest is being told not to purchase text books for his college classes... they are not accurate.
What is really amazing, is that much of the "new" knowledge was, or has been known, in some cases for quite a while, but discarded due to some high and mighty, pig headed, high profile, scientist bullying his\her ideas to the forefront as right... when they are wrong.
Funny how that works...
