It is ok to say you remember the doctor that he was in California before, but there was no need to speculate why he was in Mexico and put that in people's mind. We all know that we have to do our own research.
And we also know that most alternative doctors have a difficult time in the US.
As far as UT, all the info is on the UT forum.
