hello..here is a book you may want to try looking into...it gives excellent advice on foods avoid...... He does suggest taking yogurt but you may want to avoid it, just because it is a mllk product.....when you read the book you will have a better idea of what I mean... have patience with this diet..at least a few months to see results..its not a pill for an instant fix..the body takes time to heal...
ps...the specific carbohydrate diet, which others talk about says fruit is ok to eat..its not..at least for me..taking this out of my diet made the biggest difference with me...
