Also my day 4... elimination issues...

... I did take an herbal laxative on night two, but needed a salt water flush
on morning three and this morning in order to have a movement (which was more like a few small solid pieces but mainly liquid.) I'm not sure
the herbal laxatives cut muster for me... Anyway, it's been an interesting
experience, and I intend to go through ten days in order to see what benefits may
result. I have been pretty obsessed about diet and health for about 4 years due to
many years of suffering Psoriasis and finally getting tired of the creams and dandruff shampoos. But the only time I noticed any improvement was when I went on an Atkins' style diet about 3 years ago-- my scalp cleared up but I lost a ton of weight.

After day two on The Master Cleanse I noticed an improvement in my skin, but today at day four it seems to have rebounded... maybe from a release of toxins?? I hope so, anyway, 'cause they sure aren't coming out from where I thought they would!!
