There was a very good TV program on the alternate channel about the decline of the economy since the 50's. Back then a man with a car could support a wife and kids and a house. As the economy and wages relative to inflation declined the family didnt lower their possessions, what happened was the women went to work and she got a car. So now it takes two people working 2 jobs each to have the same standard of living they had in the 50's with one working one job. And back then if the man got sick he could stay home and the wife could get a job until he recovered. Now if one person gets sick they are in desperate shape and may loose their house.

4 children per family will result in the destruction of society due to overpopulation in as little as a hundred years.
