So helpful, although i have reached day 4, and am now almost at the end of that day...6.30 pm so i would say it is quite stupid it i quit now...when tomorrow will be day 5 and to me, from past experiences, the worst is behind...kindda...even if i still know other difficulties are to come...:)
I already feel much lighter, assume some clothes i didnt wear anymore and it's just been 2.5 kgs i lost!...around 5 pounds i believe...?!
anyway, merci beaucoup, thanks a lot!!!
i'm strong, will go relaxing in a bath...but first, water enema :)))
