You can do it!!!! Don't binge out. If you must have something to take away the chewing neeed, eat ice, mush up your juice with your ice and make a slushy.
I've lost a total of 5 pounds so far. I also did buy some "no chicken" broth. I know people say just stick to juice but I added garlic and cayenne pepper and black pepper to the broth and felt as if I was having chicken soup.
