you can alternate between Zapping and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .MY program was as following:

I have bought a zapper from e-bay with a triple frequency.I zapped every night for 2 months. I followed the 7-20-7-20-7min schedule.Every time I used it I wrapped a paper towel wet with strong saline solution.
In the first 5 days I had diarrhea.It was because the frequencies were killing the bad bacteria/viruses/amoebas I had. In 3 days some very strange intestinal fluids that were constantly running, stopped running, once and for good.In 3 weeks stopped also the bleeding completely.And I wasn't bleeding a little.There was only a tiny spot of blood on my stools.
Later on I tried Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .It completely stopped that little bleeding.I was able to overcome most food intolerances with that.It has cleared many viruses also.I feel strong again.
