I would add after the steroids and before the donor:kill the fungal/viral/bacterial overgroth with zapping or Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .They both have helped me tremendously get rid of the microbial load in my body.

Make sure you don't have mercury toxicity as me,cause it may obstacle the whole process.
