Day 3-I'll be your buddy

Hi Tiffany,
I am on Day 3 as well, I have been following your posts. I am doing a 18 day fast . How many are you going for?
I feel much better today, did the salt water this morning. I am just so cold, even in Maui.!! . Can't get my feet warm. After my daughter gets out of school , I am going to take her to the beach and walk a little.
I like the fast much more after day 5, how about you?
