I'm so happy for you! It's always so moving to see the breakthrough of someone who's been homebound to feel free again. Congrats.

I'm so glad that you discussed it with your doctor and that he was honest enough with you to pull out the books and discuss it all with you. He's a genuinely great doctor. It's so interesting to me to discover the possibility of having this internal organ Candida/fungus infection. I never knew it existed.

This is why it's so important to be tested to determine the cause of the infection because your diet is so different, and even contraindicated to a certain degree, from the TMAU low choline diet. Fish oil capsules pretty much made my son's odor go completely through the roof, yet it helps you with the Candida/fungus infection. I think this is an indicator that you don't have TMAU - which is great for you because TMAU is a genetic disorder as opposed to an infection!

I hope the Candida/fungus infection of the internal digestive organs is not recurrent, that's something only time will tell. But you already know how to deal with it, so you are more empowered to combat it from the get-go to control it quickly.
