Re: fasting and supplements

as a follow-up to my post, I would also like to add that any medication, or the continuation of any medication on a fast, has to be a decision made by an experienced and Qualified Fasting supervisor who will weigh the pros & cons of any necessity for it.
Dr Fuhrman has been known to gradually wean his patients from drug medication while they are fasting, but will need to keep an expert eye on the process to be watchful of any adverse reactions and any threat to personal health. There is no substitute for a properly supervised fast.
There is also however, no such thing as a safe drug.........only a safe dose. !!!
