One of the good things about the B vitamins is that they are water soluble and excesses will be passed out with the urine.
The quality of the B vitamins are more important than the quantity.
For example, the methyl-cobalamin form of B-12 is far superior to the cyano-cobalamin form.
The nicotinic acid form of B3 is far superior to the niacinamide form but it does cause niacin flush which can be uncomfortable initially but shows that it is actually working.
