I'm looking at the recommend daily percentage listed on back, and on average it's like 3000%. Blech, I can tell that I'm not taking enough of B vitamins, because when I took some, my tongue went for looking sicky to healthy.
It "normally" looks like it has canker sores around outer edge, they are NOT canker sores (they don't hurt at all like canker sores do), but they kind of look like they are. Potassium supplements also help.
At any rate, is it safe to take this amount on a daily basis??
