Nope. I think what Mercola was talking about is synthetic vitamin D. All synthetic vitamins are bad.

You might want to switch to vegetable oils for your omega threes. Olive oil and flaxseed oil are the best. A little coconut oil also.

But a good cod liver oil is great. Lots of good stuff in it. Might want to drop it to a teaspoon a day if you're concerned about it.
