Great posts here everyone. My only comment is: take what works for you. Some like the fish oils and respond favorably to them. I tried them and discovered my body doesn't tolerate them well. My body doesn't like faxseed oil either so I stick with olive oil, coconut oil and butter.
But I really doubt you can get too much of it. Experiment with all the oils and see which ones your body funtions best with. Run with that.
