I did lose muscle mass and strength, but I have been lifting weights everyday now for only 20 minutes a day for 2 weeks and I can lift basically the same as I could before and with the same intensity. I have only gained 3-5 pounds of weight back, but I think it is all muscle. It is amazing how fast your body can build muscle back after a fast. So basically I now still weigh 28-30 pounds less, but can lift the same weight and same amount of reps. Its a great feeling.
