I am not using laxatives but appetitive suppressant medicine (meridia) that I don't feel hungry. I used to eat a lots of food throughout the day. in order for me to make sure at least first part of this fast is done successfully i felt i need an aid. It is my 3rd day today. i lost 4 pounds so far. i think it is just water weight but i am feeling it great. It is absolutely not difficult to do (maybe because of the medicine i use) and i feel the energy everyone is talking about. I will start enema today. Tweet
