Hi all...here is my situation. I was formerly vegan for about 8 years and while I felt great, I had to start eating meat (I was in college and couldn't afford to be vegan anymore). Since then, my muscle tone has gotten a little better, but I just don't feel clean and healthy like I did when I was vegan. I have tried the BTD for Os and while it seems to make my body look better, it doesn't make it feel better. Conversely, when I go back to my vegetarian diet, I feel better, but my body doesn't look as good. Is this psychosomatic? Is there any legitimate explanation for this?
