I know mine is not a cold. Not one that can last for years and years. I haven't really had a cold for over 15 years. I know that feeling; fever, loss of appetite, lethargic. No. This is more like a lifelong allergy. Still the pseudoephedrine type meds always helped. Even the alt meds; like Ma Huang and ephedra which you can't get anymore. It would be nice to know why they don't while taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

I feel for your wife. After a while, lack of solid sleep will affect all parts of your life. I typically get about 3 hours sleep; then get up to try to relieve my sinus. I jump on a rebounder for a while. I'm surprised I don't have a heart attack in exercising immediately after sleep. Then I try to go back to bed; but the lounge chair has to work instead. I can't really sleep sitting up.
