Good one, mate.  Stealing my thunder, hey?  LOL.  Actually, I am working on an article tentatively titled "Food For Thought" which explains how the brain, just like any and all other organs needs proper nutrition from the mothers womb to the grave in order to develop properly in the first place and then continue to maintain optimum health and performance thereafter - and how that lack of proper nutrition is a major, major factor in the proliferation of childhood mental diagnoses, as well as adult malfunctions all the way through and including Alzheimer's and other mental decline.
