Re: Hashimoto's antibodies, iodine, breast health

I, too, have been diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I have been to several Endocrinologists that refused to let me take natural compounded thyroid. I am highly allergic to the dyes in Synthroid, besides, I do not like to take synthetic meds. Sometimes, it is preventable. I found a DO Internal Medicine Doc that will work with me and let me take the compounded thyroid. I was told by the other Endo Docs that I was not to take Iodine or kelp. That this would create more antibodies to attack my thyroid. I am praying for a natural cure. I would appreciate any input. Ninniet
