maybe you have had them a long time and they are now small enough to pass. think long term and think positive.

magnesium will relax the tissue so that things may pass easier. also, Iodine clears pathways. it is a remote possibility that in your case it is a co-factor, but again only on the positive side of things.

i have never passed a kidney stone but i hear they hurt like the devil. you have my sincere sympathy.
