I thought by using EFT the mind set changes? I thought as the tapping is done, the belief is released, therefore, not needing to continue with tapping on the same situation. Apparently, I am either misunderstanding my idea of EFT or I am confused? Could you please explain it, briefly?
I have gone to emofree.com and downloaded the information several months back. Yet I really didn't get into it. Not sure why, so maybe I just misunderstood it.
