it's very difficult bringing down an infestation. you can feel like you'll never get well and hopelessness can set in real bad. with heavy infection, it can take a while for major health improvements, at least a year, I think usually more. but along the way, there will be more and more smaller changes. just keep working at getting rid of them and building your health.
