Pioneer, I want to make my point on only 2 thinngs here:

#1.  Human protein is made from "8 essential amino acids" and some that the body does make.  The liver makes our protien.  Amino acids in raw fruit and vegetables is bio-available.  Animal flesh has to be broken completely down to amino acids before it can be used ... extra work for the body.

#2. Eating fruit and drinking the juice of a fruit that is what is in season would have to be the closest to natural that you can get.  In a world minus grocery stores, isn't that exactly what we'd be doing?  Wouldn't that fruit be giving us the perfect solar energy for the time of year, etc?
