I actually think I read something in one of the articles that mentioned you WILL have an increase in mucus (even those who normally do not suffer from that) and that it had something to do with toxins/sinus problems that were undetectable but still there and needing to be dealt with. I can't recall where I read it, but yes, I am sure the nosebleeds are undoubtedly related to the cleansing process and increased activity in the sinuses, as you mentioned.
By the way, you are the chart MASTER.
Ask Trapper about the wheat, I avoid it because I do not process it well (or oat, or corn) -- I do okay on sprouted grains once in awhile like ezekial bread and I also use spelt when I make the occasional homemade tortilla, etc. I have not noticed a mucus problem when I eat those, but wheat, my oh my yes.
