Re: Consume Kefir grains to cure candida

Yes I'm the Colloidal Silver man.

The point of this post is to alert people to the fact that they dont have to consume any dairy or milk. What I'm suggesting is to grow the kefir grains in milk and consume the grains without any milk, just discard the milk after the grains have grown, If you can tolerate lactose then by all means consume the dairy aswell. However the main point here is that the kefir grains are edible, and if you only consume the grains you wont have any dairy problems even if the grains are grown in milk. Grow the grains, when they are ready strain them and let them stand in a sieve until the tiny little bit of milk around the edges of the grains has gone then consume, or alternatively give them a quick rinse with water prior to consuming and then you wont have any dairy at all.

The kefir grains will help to rebuild the intestinal wall as they will clean up a lot of the bad bacteria that are clinging to the wall and causing disease thus allowing the body to actually get in and repair the "leaky patches", whilst repopulating the tract.

There are literally trillions of beneficial bacteria in every grain which is the size of a marble, they produce b vitamins and are anti-carcinogenic. I almost exclusively consume grains these days and rarely bother with the cultured milk at all.

Best of luck.
