When you take religion out spirituality, you've got something worth hanging onto.

So many people hold true to their religion and dogma. However, many times it is devoid of God. I turned in my dogma for spirituality and a real connection w/ God. I was brought up Christian and do retain my belief in Christ but I do not allow any church to tell me how to connect w/ God, or the rules and regulations of life. When one is truly connected with their source, the rules and regulations are no longer necessary anyway. One has an inner compass. I attend Unity Church now and love it as it's very liberal and no set of dogma is crammed down my throat. I feel free.
