Re: Wow...Sea Salt!

Chances are the salt is causing a shinkage of some inflammation your've got going on. I've used salt to halt an allergic reaction in its tracks. As an example, my son and I went horse back riding once and I was carrying Sea Salt (regular table salt works too). I also had a big bottle of water. I carried it becuase I was prone to bad headaches and salt and water can fend them off too. Ayway, suddenly my sons eyes just swelled shut; clearly he was having an allergic reaction to the horse. I rode up beside him and gave him about 2tsp of salt in his hand (that's a lot of salt, by the way) and I had him put it in his mouth then swig down as much bottled water as possible. Within two minutes all symptoms were gone.

So, I think what you "might" be experiencing is a reduction of some inflammation (but I could be wrong)

The down side is this....sea salt will evenutally cause other mineral imbalances if you use it all the time; its simply not good for you to over do it. I'm guess you've got some inflammation deal going on...and maybe it's an allergic reaction to some food or something in your diet. Also, chances are you have some mineral imbalances going on too. It might be a good idea to have a hair analysis done.
