Re: Teeter's Hang-ups
Right now I am in relatively good health. I
have a couple of dings and certainly having
been in a car wreck, which took a year of
chiropractic treatments to bring me back into
balance, has been my main motivation in working
to keep my spine flexible. Like I said in my
earlier post, I had tried out an inversion
table at a friend's house and heard her rap
on the benefits. I then researched it myself
and that sealed my resolve to get one. I
have always been interested in keeping my
lymph system in top form and to that effect,
in my past, I was really into jumproping,
which later evolved into rebounding and now
I also have a trampoline I can use and a
"bounce" chair. I also use a chi machine which
is another great way to move lymph. I suppose
I am probably pretty interested in keeping
my lymph moving and have more than a few
ways to do it~~

A number of years ago now, I was diagnosed with
colon cancer, and have successfully regained
my health using alternative health methods.
There was information that suggested congestion
of the lymph was a condition which favored the
proliferation of cancer cells and so I suppose
one of my goals in using these different tools
for moving lymph is to strengthen and exercise
my lymphatic system~~

I came to Curezone most interested in Liver
Flushing since, for years, I had put my faith
in allopathic doctors who treated a condition
I have with prescriptions which were being
experimented with. It has affected my liver and
I am still cleansing to reach for an optimum
benefit which I do not feel I have reached yet.
I also have realized there are no grand arrivals
and that the walk or path to wellness is one
which stretches out before each of us and only
ends when we exhale our final breath.
I wish you success on your own healing path~~
best wishes,
Zoe
